Ending the Month-to-Month Agreement
Decision to Move
Either party (You or Landlord) decides to end the lease.
30-Day Written Notice
Notice must be given 30 days prior to the next rental due date. (e.g., Give notice on June 1st to end June 30th).
Lease Termination
The agreement officially ends. Keys must be returned and property vacated.

- Non-Payment: Failure to pay rent + late fees after notice.
- Property Damage: Significant damage beyond normal wear/tear.
- Disturbance: Excessive noise, disturbing neighbors, or police complaints.
